SCANDAL IN HOSPITAL ROYAN
the occasion at the General Meeting of January 7, 2011, bringing together trade unions CFDT, CGT , FP and staff, the Director of the Hospital refused to receive the unions and staff representatives.
Management lobbied to push through an illegal way and a new organization labor, unfair and inadequate.
No negotiations have taken place during the Establishment of Technical Committee, joint body, which is the locus of dialogue provided by law.
A strike notice has been filed December 31, 2010. This gave 10 days notice to management, instead of 5, which normally constitute a strike notice, to engage with staff.
Instead the leadership opposes a plea in the legitimate demands of staff. The director saying "you do what you have to do," and slammed the door to dialogue.
Management, the Director, HRD, the deputy mayor ... they let the situation deteriorate voluntarily?
So come along and support the activities of trade unions and staff, Monday 10, Tuesday 11 and Wednesday, January 12 at the hospital in Royan.
We are all concerned with the proper functioning of the hospital. The staff is not a cost, as they would have us believe, but an asset to the hospital. Do not let
settle the conditions of degradation of the local utility.
