The meeting opened at 10.05. 1. Approval of Minutes of the meeting of April 2, 2010. Malgré le mécontentement de la direction, la CGT rappelle que le compte rendu n’est pas le procès-verbal de la séance, et qu’à chaque réunion du CTP, il y aurait un compte rendu public. La CGT souhaite que la séance soit clairement ouverte afin d’éviter à l’avenir tout incident.
Le compte rendu du 02 avril 2010 est voté à l’unanimité avec réserve de la part de la CGT, qui considère que la séance n’était pas ouverte lors du départ des collègues ce jour-là. 2. Adoption du règlement intérieur du Comité Technique Paritaire. Quatre points ne sont pas retenus par la Direction.
• Article 8 : les représentants avaient demandé un délai de un mois entre la date de la convocation et la date de la réunion. Retour à 15 jours de délai.
Cela ne va pas faciliter la préparation des dossiers • Les suppléants ne pourront prendre la parole comme demandé car cela n’est pas mentionné dans l’article de loi.

cgt17vr.blogspot.com 17. Dotation vêtements. La CGT demande quel est le résultat de la réflexion menée par la direction ?
La direction botte encore une fois en touche en arguant que certains agents ont des vêtements et ne les portent pas, et qu’il est important qu’ils soient portés pour des raisons de sécurité. Ce seraient même du ressort des représentants staff to check that.

Les tickets restaurants font partie des avantages liés à l’action sociale, au même titre que le maintien de salaires, la prime de fin d’année, le régime indemnitaire, les chèques vacances…
Ceci sera repris en compte lors des futures discussions portant sur le CNAS. 20. Examen des doléances de chaque syndicat.
La CGT fait remarquer que le terme doléances n’est pas approprié. Les salariés ont des revendications. Les syndicats ne présentent pas de cahier de doléances.
Ce que reconnait la direction en rappelant que ne sommes pas sous la révolution avec les cahiers de doléances du tiers-état.
La CGT veut savoir si les droits syndicaux sont remis en question dans les écoles, car il semble que le service des agents ne permettrait plus le passage des délégués syndicaux.
Cela n’est ni envisageable ni négociable. La CGT rappelle qu’il ne faut pas faire la confusion entre distribuer des tracts dans les services et tenir une réunion information.
